Robert J. Cannon

Robert J. Cannon, 71 of Clintonville passed away peacefully at home on January 29, 2018.

Bob was born April 2, 1946 in Bradford PA, he was the son of Oran and Virginia Cannon. 

Bob graduated from Victory Joint School.  He was married to Tammy Hedglin Cannon on August 8, 1998, she survives.   Bob retired from Joy Manufacturing after 38 years of service from the  maintenance department. 

Anyone who knew Bob knew his love and knowledge of guns.  Bob was a regular at gun shows, selling, trading and buying all different types of guns.  He had vast knowledge of the history of all different types of guns.  In his earlier years he loved to camping with his family. 

Loved ones left to cherish Bob's memory is his wife Tammy of Clintonville, his children:  James Cannon of Tennessee,  Kent Cannon and his wife Keri of Clintonville, Carl Stiffy of Volant and Shawna Clark and her husband Leroy of Polk.  Bob's grandchildren Brittany, Megan and Ethan of Clintonville, Marley and Collin of Volant, Grace and Leroy of Polk.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents Oran in 1978 and Virginia in 1995.

Burial took place at the Clintonville Methodist  Cemetery.
