Pam Parton Obituary

Pam Parton, 65, of Harrisville, passed away peacefully, September 2, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Pam was born December 28, 1953 in Grove City, she was the daughter of John and Margaret Coast Campbell.

Pam graduated from Franklin High School and also Venango County Vo-Tech. She married Robert Parton on January 13, 1973 and together the couple had three children, Rob, John and Jennifer.

Pam was a caretaker at heart having worked in Polk Center, Bonetti’s Nursing Home and also Brookside Homes. She had also worked at Thrift Drug store as well. Pam enjoyed spending time with her family camping and riding horses. She loved to spend the afternoon in her garden and would relax with a good book. Pam would keep busy with her jigsaw puzzles as well.

Loved ones left to cherish her memory; her husband Bob of Harrisville, her children John Parton and his wife Kathy of Oakdale, Rob Parton and his wife Ruth Ann of Grove City and Jennifer Cooper and her husband Curtis of Franklin. Her grandchildren Nathan, Davanna and Alvin of Grove City, Daniel, Grace and Samantha of Oakdale and Audrey, Amanda and Jacob of Franklin. Her great grandchildren Talen and Remington of Grove City. Pam’s sister Jeanne Ward of Polk and her brother Michael Campbell of Harrisville.

Pam was welcomed into heaven by her parents John and Margaret Campbell, her in laws William and Annabell Parton, her brother John Campbell and her two nephews William J. and Kenneth W. Campbell.

Family will receive friends at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home, 109 Emlenton Street, Clintonville on Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8. Funeral Services will take place at Six Points Church of God of Prophecy, 121 McKees Road, Parker PA 16049 on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 11:00 am with an hour of vitiation prior to the funeral service. Pastor Kim Armstrong will be officiating.

Burial will take place at Peters Chapel Cemetery.

Memorial donations can be sent to St. Jude's Research Hospital in Pam’s honor. 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis TN 38105.
