Delvin J. Harris, 62, of Clintonville passed away March 2, 2025 at AHN-Wexford after a sudden illness.
Delvin was born May 2, 1962, in DuBois, he was the son of late Delvin L. Harris and Marjorie Reed Harris.
Delvin graduated from Punxsutawney High School. He was currently employed by the Grove City County Club as their grounds keeper. Delvin took great pride in his job and was excellent at it.
To say Delvin loved John Deere tractors was an understatement. He collected all things, John Deere. He looked forward to tractor pulls and demo derby’s in the summer with his friends and family. He was the happiest working outside farming, hunting or at work. Delvin was a kind soul with a gracious heart who will be deeply missed by his family and his friends.
Loved ones to cherish his memory are his siblings Milton (Lisa) Harris, Shawn Crytser, Patty Aites, Dan Crytser and Barb Crytser. His beloved niece and nephews; Joel (Christy) Wykoff, Glenn (Erin) Wykoff, Donny (Karen) Klingensmith, Brianne Becker, Jake (Staci) Harris, Melinda (Mitchell) Harris, Dan (Amber) Harris, Mary (Joe) Chestnut, Michael (Danielle) Aites, Sierra Aites, Krista Crytser, Becca (Jordan) Foster and his many great nieces and nephews which he treasured.
Delvin was welcomed into heaven by his parents Delvin and Marjorie, his step father Dan Crytser, his brother Tom Harris and his wife Mary and his sister Jane Wykoff.
Delvin’s family will welcome friends at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home, 109 Emlenton Street, Clintonville on Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. and again from 3:00 p.m. till 5:00 p.m. with the funeral service to take place at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Sam Stebbins officiating.
