Don was a true outdoors man. He loved to hunt and fish, even though last year wasn’t quite his year for fishing. Don enjoyed his time in the woods especially archery hunting with his cross bow. He lived his life to the fullest and even though he was a man of few words his family and friends never doubted his love for them. He was the first to jump in and help and always saw the project to the end. His acts of services for his family where unmeasurable. Don and his boys where always working on something, jeeps, race cars or 4-wheelers. He recently started to do a lot of baking and cooking for his family. He was known to race everything from cars to lawn mowers. Don loved animals and just purchased a horse he was hoping to enjoy in his retirement. Don’s strong love for Lord and his country where guiding forces in his life.
Loved ones left to cherish Don’s memory are his wife Barb, his mother Lorraine, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and his brothers and sisters.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother.
