Donald E. Winger Jr, 51, passed away peacefully at his Hadley residents, Aug 20, 2021; after a 9 day bought of illness
Don was born October 4, 1969 in Grove City to Donald E. Winger Sr and Ethel Ann Phipps Winger.
Don was raised on Old Rt 8, graduating from Franklin High School in 1988. He married Betty Gonzales, she survives.
He was currently employed as an owner operator, truck driver, by JM Leasing, Clarion, Pa.
He was an avid hunter, and enjoyed fishing, camping and the great outdoors. Don was a kind, outgoing, loving soul who has and would do anything for those who knew him. He will remain in our hearts forever and be greatly missed.
Loved ones left to cherish his memory are his wife Betty of Hadley, His Father, Donald E. Winger, Sr. Pueblo, Colorado, 2 daughters; Elizabeth and family of Kansas, Sarah Winger, of Oil City and her 3 daughters, and a son Zacharia Winger, Oil City, Pa; Aunts Judy Saeli, Franklin, Nancy McKinley and her husband LeRoy of Old Rt 8 Polk Pa, and Uncle James and Aunt Norma Phipps, Old Rt 8, Polk, Pa. Don’s great aunt Kate Phipps of Grove City. Along with Numerous cousins and friends who loved him dearly.
Preceded in death by his mother, grandparents Paul Winger, Doris Winger, J. Earl Phipps, Dora L. Phipps, his uncles Dick Winger, Tom Winger, Bob Winger and Joe Saeli.
The Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home in Clintonville is assisting the family with the arrangements. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
