What a well lived life, and this photo of her is the best just as I want to remember her; smiling and beautiful. Growing up in Rankin Chapel I got to see her and Uncle Harry every week. What a blessing they both were. If we live as long as Aunt Eleanore then live it like she did with elegance and grace. Rest from your labor Aunt Eleanore and I imagine there is quite a reunion going on

When you speak of her, speak not with tears, for thoughts of her should not be sad. Let memories of the times you shared give you comfort, for her life was rich because of you. Author Unknown Love, The Texas Griffins Hal, Gloria, Laura, Mindy and Missy & Stan Hill (and their 3 girls)

I am so glad you were in my life Aunt Eleanore. You, Uncle Harry and Ronnie were part of my life every summer as I grew up. You were such a beautiful person both inside and out. I was fortunate enough to see you just a few weeks ago and you were so happy to see me because I look so much like Heinie.
To Larry and Gayle, Ronnie and all Eleaonore's grandchildren, and great grandchildren please accept heartfelt condolances from Barbara and me.

When I think of the word LADY, Eleanore is my first thought, she was the definition of the word. I remember her, Harry, and their children from my earliest memories of Rankin Chapel, in fact recently I found a New Testament that had been a gift from my Sunday School Teacher, who was Eleanore's mother in law. It brought back back many memories, there will a special place in heaven for Eleanore I am sure, she was one of a kind, so kind, sweet, and one of the best Mom's ever. You will be missed Eleanore.
