Legend Isaac Owens, born July 22, 2023 was welcomed into heaven that same day by the Lord. Legend fulfilled his earthly mission and now is in heaven with his loving relatives. Although Legend was born asleep, his impact on the lives of his family will forever be felt. Some people only dream of angels; we held one in our arms.
Legend was the son of his loving mother Nikki Steetle. He also was the beloved sibling of his two brothers Zyier Johnson and Carter Owen and his two sisters Maliah Johnson and Nevaeh Moon.
Legend grandparents that adored him are his grandma Malissa Owens his grandfather Brice Steetle, and his great grandfather Charles Robert Steetle. Legend will be cherished by his aunts and uncles Joshua Steetle and his wife Sara, Justin Steetle, Tanesha Guiste and her husband Samuel, many cousins and extended family. Even though Legend’s time was brief his family will forever celebrate his life and remember him always.
Legend was welcomed into heaven by his great grandparents Robert and Alice Owens and Alice Steetle. With no doubt, surrounding him with warmth, love and familiarity. What a gift to them to have welcomed god’s miracle, Legend, into his heavenly home with them, until all can be reunited.
Family will welcome friends at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home, 109 Emlenton Street, Clintonville on Sunday, July 30, 2023 from 1:00 pm till 2:00 p.m. Funeral services for Legend will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Sam Stebbins officiating from the Sinners Sanctuary Church.
