Richard L. “Rick” McFadden, 67 of Boyers passed away May 1, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.

Rick was born May 6, 1955 in Grove City Hospital. He was the son of the late John and Pearl McFadden.

Rick was the joker of his family. He loved to play cards and wasn’t afraid to cheat to win! He was loved dearly by his family. He loved to be outside and was always very helpful. Rick liked to go to Link’s garage and talk with all the customers.

Rick is survived by his brothers Clair McFadden of Clintonville, Donald (Donna) McFadden of Boyers, Thomas (Sharon) McFadden of Eau Claire, Kenneth McFadden of Boyers and John McFadden Boyers. Rick’s sisters Linda (Howard) Custer of Boyers and Tracy (Norman) Link of Boyers. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Joseph McFadden, 3 nephews, a niece and a sister-in-law.

A private funeral service took place at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home in Clintonville. Burial took place at the Clintonville Methodist Cemetery.
