Ron Bell, 71 of Clintonville passed away January 5, 2019 at Trinity Living Center.
Ron was born April 9, 1947 in Grove City he was the son of William and Lillian Eakin Bell.
Ron graduated from AC Valley High School.
Ron married to Anna M. Cassedy on August 23, 1979 in Friendship Indiana during the National Muzzle loader shooting competition.
Ron was self employed welder, working on many locals equipment. Ron also worked in lumber mills in the area. He built drag lines in strip mines as well.
Ron was happiest on his homestead with his grandkids and family. He was an expert shot with a muzzle loader and competed in many local shoots with his wife. He could work on any gun and has built them for his kids. Ron hunted all seasons, turkey, bear and deer, always making sure everyone knew to "Keep your powder dry"
Loved ones to cherish Ron memory his wife Ann of Clintonville, his son Mac Bell of Clintonville and his daughters Patricia Carney and her husband Daniel of New Castle and Pam Bell of Clintonville; his father William Bell of Sligo; his grandchildren Michael, Jon, Gloria, Marc, Colt, Luke, Lillian and Lincoln; two great grandchildren Jamie & Colin; two brothers Gerald G. Bell and his wife Joni L. Bell of Knox, PA. and Earl D. Bell and his wife Katherine M. Bell of Painesville, Ohio; Ron's father in law Jack Cassedy of Grove City; numerous brother and sister in laws and nieces and nephews also survive.
Proceeded in death by his mother Lillian Bell, his mother in law Grace Cassedy , his brother in law Richard Cassedy.
Family will welcome friends at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home, 109 Emlenton Street, Clintonville PA on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8. Funeral services will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 11:00 am with the Rev. Denise Mains officiating from Rankin Chapel. Burial will take place at the Clintonville Methodist Cemetery.
The family suggest in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be sent to Rankin Chapel Church, Box 305 Clintonville PA 16372.
