Shelley D. “Dee Dee” McMillen, 69 of Clintonville, passed away June 14, 2026 at her home.
Shelley was born November 14, 1956 in Oil City. She was the daughter of the late John A. and Eleanor (Sines) McMillen.
Shelley graduated from Cranberry High School in 1974. She loved collecting rocks and woodworking especially whittling wood. Shelley was a gifted artist, painting and drawing landscapes pictures was her favorite. The three most important things to her were the Lord, her family and her beloved dog, Jazzie. She had a wonderful quirky sense of humor. She had a kind soft heart and loved her friends deeply. She was kind to everyone she knew.
Loved ones to cherish her memory is her daughter Lori Jean McMillen Holes of Transfer, her sisters Kimberly Thomas and Kristina Burns, her grandchildren Angie, Buddy, Adrian and Dillon and her 2 great grandchildren Georgia and Mavrick.
Shelley was welcomed into heaven by her parents, her brother John Hunter McMillen, her great nephew Alister L. Daubenspeck and her son in law Alfred “Buck” Holes.
A memorial service is being planned at a later date at the convenience of the family.
The Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
