William "Bill" Rumbaugh, 45, of Nectarine (Harrisville) passed away Monday at the Grove City Medical Center.
Born on June 24, 1968, he was the son of Ronald Walter Rumbaugh and the late Bonnie Lou McFadden Rumbaugh.
Bill received his education at Franklin High School.
He was last employed at Renvex in Barkeyville.
Bill was affiliated with the Church of God of Prophecy of Nectarine.
Bill was very active in the Clintonville Volunteer Fire Department for the past 29 years. He was a member of Venango County ABATE. Bill loved to spend time on his four wheeler whether it was going for a ride with his friends or using if for hunting. He loved to spend time riding his Harley.
He is survived by his father, Ronald Walter Rumbaugh and his wife, Bill's stepmother, Emily of Nectarine; his sisters, Debbie Bonzer and her husband, Doug, of Ohio and Donna Kline of Sharon; his brother, Donald Rumbaugh of Harrisville; and several nieces and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his mother, Bonnie Lou McFadden Rumbaugh; his brother, Ronald James "Ronnie" Rumbaugh, who passed away on March 31, 2010; his maternal grandparents, Floyd and Pearl McFadden; and his paternal grandparents, Wilbur and Helen Rumbaugh.
RUMBAUGH - The family of William "Bill" Rumbaugh, who passed away Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, will receive friends at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home, 109 Emlenton St., Clintonville, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. The funeral service will take place at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. Friday with Dallas Buchanan, chaplain from the Clintonville Volunteer Fire Department, officiating.
